Imaginative Birds

Unleash your imagination and create your very own colourful imaginative bird!

Inspired by Carl-Henning Pedersen’s whimsical and magical world of birds, we invite you to a creative drop-in workshop where you can experiment with shapes, colours and materials. There are no right or wrong solutions here – just room for play, curiosity and creativity.

You will work with a variety of recycled materials to shape your own unique bird, ready to take flight straight from your imagination. The workshop is open to both children and adults, and everyone can join in – no prior experience is needed, just a desire to create.

Participation is free with paid museum admission (children and young people under 18 always have free entry). No booking is required – simply drop by and take part.

We look forward to seeing the imaginative birds take wing!

Workshop in a Magical Place

Everyone is welcome to join a workshop at the Carl-Henning Pedersen & Else Alfelt Museum! No special skills are needed – just curiosity and a willingness to explore creative processes.
